So my all time favorite is the Chicken Pad Thai from Backpacker's pantry - IT IS SO GOOD! But honestly this is just as good, it just doesn't have the chicken.I love these because they have these sauces and toppings you can add that are all included in the bag and it makes me feel fancy when I'm out on the trail haha. But seriously, these are delicious and VERY filling. My husband and I usually split one. I put mine into a little insulated coozie bag things so it stays hot while soaking, also usually soak a little bit longer than it says. Highly advise mixing it once or twice while soaking, it seems to blend the flavors better, prevents powdery chunks on the bottom, and helps to evenly hydrate everything.
