Its very easy to make on the trail. Its more like a cheesecake pudding mix. A shaker cup and cold milkmix w/a box of instant pudding is about the same. I would prefer more the creme brulee flavor, not cheesecake flavor, but all in all, was a good dessert on the trail. A bit pricey, though. This company makes good product, im just being picky.
