This item does not have the high gloss sheen that is advertised. The finish is mottled/splotchy due to the finish being applied erratically. This make cleanup difficult. Water beads and runs off the some parts, but leaves water spots on others. Haven't used, but washed it upon receipt.Awesome item. Allows food prep to be done early for parties or get togethers, food still warm when guests arrive. Highly recommend a heating source inside (heat tab/or bowl with steaming water) for better function.Inside of product wall warped. I don't see how his item can keep food hot or cold with a warped wall where it latches letting air in and out. . Product was used and has old food crusted on the inside and outside.disappointment. Cheaply madeI have used this for 2 events now and It leaked really bad. It doesn't have a tight seal. Disappointed!it really works... 4 hours later I almost burn my hands taking the trays out! o.k. small exaggeration, but this thing keep it HOT!Excellent product. A must have for cateringlove it
