One star removed for condition it arrived in. Item was loose in an oversized shipping box with absolutely no packing material. Incredibly, it survived its journey. It was filthy with a blackish, dusty film over entire top surface. FORTUNATELY, it was easily cleaned with a cleaning wipe. I bought it for use in a cabinet (floor space was good) but I mis-measured the cabinet opening; item wouldn't fit through. Alternately, I'm able to use it in my refrigerator, so I'll keep it. Price-point was good for this size. ADVICE: measure, measure, measure... and write it down! lolSo this didn't look right when I opened the package. It was warped looking and didn't seem to spin great. I figured though that this was a large 16 inch diameter that I would have a lot of items stacked on -- you can really fit a lot -- and that with the weight of those items it would straighten up and spin right, and it did. It does make a little bit of a whirring sound, but overall is working fine. So, I did not have to return it. I am here to buy another, though may buy a used one since I figure someone might have seen the warped look and returned it and so I can save a few dollars by getting a used one that they say is in good condition.Love these. Ordered multiple to organize the pantry and under the kitchen sink. Very sturdy still spins smoothly when fully loaded with cans boxes or bottles. Easy to see what you have and prevents random items from getting lost in the back of the pantry. Highly recommend.We recently did a DIY kitchen remodel on our 1922 Craftsman bungalow and installed a tall pantry cabinet next to the fridge that is 22" deep and 20" wide. We didn't have budget for a pull out pantry organizer (which run upwards of $1k for a cabinet that tall and wide) so I decided to put one of these on each shelf. It's great for being able to use the full depth and width of the cabinet, easily see what is in there, and the 3" high rim keeps items from falling off the turntable. Very happy with these and a much more affordable solution for organizing the space.I got three of these for a deep corner kitchen cabinet that was non-functional. Works great. Excellent value, surface prevents items slipping or rolling as you turn the unit to get to items in the back.As you can see in the picture, the actual diameter is 18 3/8”, so make sure you have 18.5” clearance. I didn’t so I need to return mine. They're rather pricey online, but they make any kitchen SO much nicer to use. In our last house I had 3 small ones for my spice cabinet, and one large one for those awful corner cabinets. They're perfect for spices, as you can easily reach ANY spice without needing to dig it out! In our new place I've used three large ones in a deep corner cabinet to organize all my food-storage jars, and it's great! I can reach everything in that cabinet without having to empty it all out. It also only just occurred to me that I could have used one as a turntable to frost my cake the other day...Great quality, grippy surface stops things from sliding, and nice smooth turning.I'm using it as a monitor turntable. I frequently switch between 2 sides of the table, because the left side is against a wall that is better for Zoom. I ordered the 18 inches because it offsets the centre pivot point; not going to get into the detail of my design. Works like a charm as intended.The shipper sent the wrong size the first time, but sent me the correct one in a day. Mistakes happen, but I'm impressed with the swift correction. Because the weight is on one side, I was concerned if it would tip. Turns out the quality is quite good, and it works fine. The turning is very smooth when the weight is centered, but obviously slightly less so with my setup, but it still perform well. I anticipate more wear, but for the price it is acceptable.I recommend this product. Would I like a smoother turnable? Sure. But would I pay $100 or more for ball-bearing turnable? Hell no.And yes that is my Big Ass from Big Ass Fan.Have a corner cupboard with a very narrow opening. Couldn’t reach items deep inside without lying on the floor and groping blindly. I bought two of these turn-tables. Top shelf went in without a hitch. Lower shelf needed the door removed because the circumference was too wide for the opening. Now I can actually use the storage space without dreading the challenge of retrieving items from those dark and inaccessible caves.
