I was struggling with pantry moths that had come in on some food and taken up residence. I cleaned my pantry including removing the shelves and spraying it all down TWICE and I still had pantry moths. I resorted to taking everything out of my pantry and not putting it back and still I had pantry moths. When these arrived I opened up three of them and put them in the pantry, in the laundry room, and on top of the refrigerator and immediately moths started going right for it. They came out of hiding to find it because I hadn't seen any all day and all of a sudden there was a swarm of ten or more zigzagging their way toward the traps. I didn't wait for them to enter them but swatted them dead with glee. (Evil laugh) It's the second day and I've only seen one or two and I think I'll be able to put my pantry back together with the help of these traps. It was a pantry saver. My 1st experience with a rice moth (AKA indianmeal or pantry moth)...it flew out when I opened a new, sealed bag of jasmine rice that I bought 3 weeks prior. Research led me to the identity of the occasional "bug" that i had recently seen flyng around in my home. After much time comparing products on line, I decided on highly recommended Dr. Kiltner's. I read instructions that stated one "tent" is effective for 3 months. After exactly 2 months, & located 28 ft from the pantry where the infested rice was stored, this ODORLESS, EASY TO USE product has been HIGHLY EFFECTIVE. With the surprising number of moths trapped in the "tent," I realize I must also do the recommended thorough pantry cleaning & dispose of any unsealed pkgs of rice, seeds, cereal, flour, dried fruits, grains, etc., to fully eradicate the moth eggs & larvae.Been struggling with moths for a while now. I have tried everything and they just won't go away. I was browsing through Amazon one day and stumbled upon these, the reviews were great so I decided to give then a try. I purchased the 6 pack to try them out and man was I blown away with the results. I set 2 of them out in areas were the moths are the most concentrated and within a few hours I had moths stuck on the trap, after a few days the thing was full! I didn't take a picture but on this fresh one I just put up I will be sure to update with a picture.I got a few other brands just to compare as these are a bit pricier than some -don't even bother!I placed the other brands right next to the Dr. Killigan's, and a couple of days later, the cheaper one maybe had one or 2 moths whereas the Dr. Killigan one was filled!Won't ever use any other brand, I buy them each year for a temporary moth problem I have until I get to buy new cabinets! I notice also that each year I use them, there are less and less moths so it definitely helps reduce eggs as well!At first I thought these were useless until I checked on them a couple days later and they were full of moths. I am fighting a moth infestation I ignored because i just thought they were harmless moths. If you see a moth in your house eliminate it immediately. They are worse than files. During a kitchen renovation my pantry items were moved to the dining room which started the infestation. They were everywhere. Worse part is their worms (cant say the actual term) on the ceiling. The universe help me, I had to fight those worms every morning and these sticky traps helped slow down their forces. But my goodness, they were relentless. I am happy to report I won the war, thanks to these stickies. I still have to smash the clever ones that don't take the bait every now and then but I think I have destroyed most of them. Never thought I would hate a moth. This product works amazingly well!I rarely do reviews but this product was so great I had to post about it. The pics that I have posted shows a the first 30 minutes that I used the trap and the 2nd pick is day 3.My pantry seemed over taken with these little pests but just a few days and they are practically all gone.Just do the recommended cleaning as described and follow the instruction to place your traps.Highly recommended.P.S. please disregard my return I kind of flubbed and actually returned a clothing moth traps but accidentally hit the pantry moths as the return by mistake. This product works wonderfully! We’ve had a pantry moth infestation for about a month. Been trying to get them one or two at a time. Finally broke down and bought these, and OMG. Just opening the first one it was attacked by dozens of moths hiding in paper bags and who knows where else in the pantry. Amazing! We have put one in the laundry room where a few migrated, and in the garage, where a bunch relocated when we took some of the cat food bags out to get them out of the pantry. I’ve just placed another order because these things WORK. We’ve had them for less than a week and I just placed my second order; we need to get them ALL, and I’m now confident this product will do it.We've had moths for several years and have tried all kinds of solutions with poor results. This product is different. As soon as I peeled off the plastic protective cover, moths came from out of nowhere and started landing on the glue trap. I put all my traps out and they're full of dead moths. I'm ready to order more along with the spray to hopefully be rid of these dang moths for good! I've been told it takes time to get rid of moths, I finally feel I have the right product!I had high hopes for this product as it looks neat and is not too intrusive around the house. Unfortunately after about a week it caught maybe 3 moths. And i placed them in areas where I know moths accumulate. In comparison I had the "fly catcher" (search amazon) which was literally covered in moths after 2 days.I think this is my first Amazon review. After a recent month long trip, I came home to find moths all over my kitchen, I thought I killed them but they came back… larvae and all. Grim.I paid £250 for a chemical treatment which did nothing. Bought these traps, was hesitant after reading a review that mentioned as soo. As he opened it the moths swarmed… however after I was killing approx ten moths a day. Enough was enough. This product really works, i thought it would be disgusting now it’s the highlight of my day.I actually use the traps to catch the moths, I watch them fly into the trap. Get stuck and DIe. It’s grim as this really works so be prepared to see loads of DEAD MOTHS.Nearly two weeks in and not a single one of the five traps we laid out have caught a single moth - they're all still flying around happily eating all our clothes.Sorry, but not worth the money - avoid! The product look and marketing around it is brilliant. However, I spent £15.97 on 6 traps, set them up and 4 days in and only 2 moths were caught whilst just this morning I killed 4 with my own hands...
